With a Master’s Degree in Public Relations, I began my career in the PR industry, but I was always drawn to something more personal. Celebrations and bringing people together felt like something I was always meant to do.
That perspective was shaped early on by my grandmother, a seamstress and small business owner whose work was rooted in creativity and detail. Watching her create taught me that the most meaningful experiences are built thoughtfully.
What began organically as helping friends plan their weddings soon evolved into something more. Since 2016, that passion has grown into a business built on years of hands-on experience, professional training, and a deep commitment to thoughtful execution, translating my clients’ visions into celebrations that feel effortless and distinctly their own.
To me, a wedding is more than a day; it’s a reflection of your story, expressed through design and intentional experiences. My approach is hands-on, planning with care while honoring what matters most to you. I cannot recommend Megan enough! Working with her as our month-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. She went above and beyond in every possible way—handling everything from the major logistics to the tiniest of details with grace and precision. Megan was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and often caught things I would have completely overlooked. What truly sets her apart, though, is how she showed up when it mattered most. The day before our wedding, a tornado hit the area—trees were down all around the venue, including over the ceremony aisle, and we lost all power. Megan didn’t miss a beat. She was out there helping us physically clear debris, while simultaneously coordinating with all of our vendors to make sure the show could still go on. Thanks to Megan, what could have been a disaster turned into the most magical day. There’s no way we could have pulled it off without her, and I’m endlessly grateful for her dedication, calm leadership, and genuine care. She’s an absolute rockstar.

Megan was amazing! She was so helpful with coordinating vendors and took a lot off of our plates. We planned our wedding remotely from many states away, and Megan was willing to receive a few decorations shipments, and make visits to vendors for us. She provided very helpful advice regarding logistics, run of show, and even napkin colors. She was so kind to us no matter what was happening. When our family (with most of the decorations) was many hours late to set up for the wedding, Megan was flexible and did her best to get everything set up that she could anyway. And, when our bartenders forgot the water glasses, she was able to procure nice-looking glasses with help from her assistant and no guests noticed the difference. On the day of the wedding, Megan adapted to changing circumstances (I.e., weather) and communicated in a very calm, positive, and professional way with the bridal party when necessary. She really put us at ease throughout the process and made our lives much easier. We highly, highly recommend Megan. You will not regret working with her!

We don't have enough good things to say about having Megan as our wedding planner! We booked her "Design + Details" package, and it was exactly the help we needed to plan our wedding. Megan was always available to answer any questions we had, and she was extremely organized throughout the process - especially in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding. She helped us put together the perfect timeline for our day, and kept all of our other vendors on schedule and running smoothly. She also was very involved in helping us with the design elements of our ceremony and reception, which we definitely needed, and she helped set everything up the day-of to execute our vision to perfection! We even had some, let's just say, *very unexpected* issues pop up at our venue the night before our wedding (things that absolutely nobody could have planned for), and she helped us remain calm despite everything, and took care of sorting everything out with our other vendors. And in the end, our whole day went off without a hitch. Megan is super professional, a wonderful presence to have at your wedding and in the months leading up to it, and just a great person to have in your corner. If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further!

Starting months before, she was organized, communicative, and so so helpful. Always making sure I had what I needed, giving suggestions and of course keeping me calm through it all. She made the wedding day so easy, making sure everything went smoothly and allowing us to enjoy every minute. I truly felt like I hired a wedding planner, and ended up with a friend, too!! If you’re debating hiring a planner, just DO IT. I can’t say enough good things about Kennedy Planning Co. and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, no matter of location or size!
